HO, HO, HO!!! Our annual “Miracle on Weaver Street” applications are now available!!! This event is open to families with children 12 and under who are in need this holiday season. Simply print the forms below and mail in the application portion (keep the event details for yourself) to:

Bellow is our application for this event! ALL applications MUST BE printed and either mailed in, dropped off in our mailbox, or handed to Melissa at the food pantry line by NOVEMBER 30th. We will not accept applications emailed or messages to us. There are far too many applications to keep track of and the rules apply to EVERYONE. If you do not have a printer, you can access one at the local library or ask a friend, case worker, or family member to print it for you. Thank you!
